[Help] "*Instal Package Files" Don't appear at my jailbroken PS3!

Hi.

I instaled Jailbreak at 3 PS3 end all of them work perfectly with multiMAN 1.16.04
But I instaled in another one yesterday, but I don't know what happend.
The instalation was ok but "*Instal Package Files" aren't at the righ place.
What Can I do?

have you tried installing 3.55 cfw kmeaw?

I would try to install 3.55 ofw then reinstall cfw again.
