Showtime and Network Storage

Is it Possible to watch movies with showtime from a network Storage?
I have to many Games on my HDD. There are no space for movies left.

I use PS3 Media server its a java UPnP program that runs across all operating systems and it streams right to the ps3 and shows up under Video in the XMB. It also works under showtime. Hope it helps

I run my network storage straight through Xmb work well to (no mkv support and no thumbnails :'( ) have you tried it? I cnt get them to play through showtime I kept getting an error message. Let me know how you get on
