I really want to play online ...
but not bann
then what should I do?

I have not accepted the new terms
should I wait?
or WTF! online is online ....
I hope you can help me
You really only have two choices.
1. Play online with cfw and get banned.
2. Update and play legit games online and not get banned.
This may change in the future but for now you play by Sony's rules or you don't play online.
If you go online with cfw right now using current methods you will be banned. You should wait it out and see if another method comes out. There are people working on this right now.

Nope. Your PS3 sends data just being connected. The only safe way would be to block all traffic to and from *.playstation.net via your routers firewall options.
thats not easy to do soon as you block 1 the sony trys another
Eh. I don't really care anymore. I haven't logged onto PSN since I got the email. Yeah, I'm still connected to the internet, but I don't care if I get banned. I've only used the account to download Rock Band DLC and to buy games, but I haven't even done that in a long time. So there's no point for me to be on.
I use my handy dandy PC for all my online gameplay playing.
Congrats man. Have fun hijacking threads and providing nothing to the discussion?

Or, you can block all access to *.playstation.net from your router, like I said. That little asterisk isn't there for looks, its a wildcard. All current info going to $ony goes through a playstation.net subdomain, so by blocking all of them with a wild card (as well as all ports in the process), your safe to continue using your ps3's media center, web browser, and ftp access.
