If you have them split on your PC/ External, then you simply can use newest Multiman and copy to internal via O. It will automaticly merge the files to the original psarc.
Dunno if it still works, but you can extract the psarc and try playing on external. Some ppl said Uncharted 2 works that way. I didnt got it to run on external with extracted psarc due to stucking on loading screen. So better copy it to internal to avoid crashes on last fight in extreme mode

Try taking the TEKKEN folder and paste it in the same folder where the original .psarc was found. You may have to remove the .psarc extention at the end, try with and without the .psarc to be sure. If the game still don't work, you may have to take all the files that are inside that TEKKEN folder and paste them directely to the folder where the original .psarc was found and delete folder. Thats what I usually do and sometimes it work and some other times it don't, depending on the games. Like for killzone it semi-works, it lets the game load but when you try to load campain it sticks to the loading screen infinitely without loading anything.

But I only answered with a possibility to getting it to work on external with the files you currently have. You could try and if it work it would save you from alot of trouble. Other than that, I don't think there is a way to repack it back into a .psarc. I would re-download/re-copy the game from the original source you got this from. Next time make sure you make a backup copy of your original game folder before modifying anything from them.

The problem is that his file is not splitted. He has extracted it with a program like psarc.exe to try to play it from External like we can do with Uncharted 2 and games like that for quite sometime now.
Like this: http://www.ps3news.com/PS3-Hacks/gui...-external-hdd/
He is wanting to be able to make it a .psarc again since he forgot to make a backup copy of it before deleting it. Unfortunately don't know of any programs that can repack .psarc files like original but if it exists someone here might know.
