Where do people get debug patchs for games so they can edit and run on 3.55 CFW/MFWs?

As for your question, use the link below to find an application that will downlaod them for you. Just enter the games ID and select Debug option and search.

Hmmmm, these debug patches are new to me. What do they do exactly? Are they from the official developers or scene created. Thanks.

They are from Official Devs but for debug units. But they can be used with normal PS3s if they are jailbroken
