hey i had the same problem all you have to do is
1. backup your old game saves
2.create a new user on the ps3
3.delete you old user account
4.restore you psn account on your new user account
then sign in using 3.60 spoofer
and you can acess all your purchased content
works and you can purchase content with or without jailbreak
had the same issue because i upgraded my hdd to a 500gb
and went to redownload my map pack and couldnt until i followed that tut.
let me know if it works for you?

if that doesnt work id suggest you find an up to date console sign in psn buy it and then download on your jailbreak console if the above mehod doesnt work
