    I've never been banned and ive been playing all my backups offline. If i sign in to psn using ****PSn and use PSNINJA and this ID patch is there a chnce of getting banned :S?

    Yeah, there's still a chance. $ony's warning wave was based on past logs (I got the warning from a dirty log at least 3 weeks prior to the warning). I'm sure they will begin looking at alternate detections for the next wave.

    If you really want PSN forget about playing backups, homebrew, etc.
    You might wait but this wait could last months or years until it could be safe to use PSN. And even if someone found a method, does not mean Sony is not able to shutdown it and find traces of it for the next ban.
