ps3 error code 80010009 on tv icon

i just searched this on the net and it says something about wireless head set lol ?

Which cfw are you using?
What controller are you using?
What bluetooth devices are hooked up when receiving this error code (any wireless device)?
Have you done any customization with the xmb?

iam on kmeow no bluetooth devies connected official ps3 controller and i used that ps3tv channel creator a while ago got the pkg file off a diffrent forum for the tv icon to appear ... ps3tv creator fuked the icon and it dissapeard so used that pkg and it brought it back but i get that error code when i click now tv plus if i go back to OFW takes the icon away tryed everything in the secret menu ............ was ready in a diffrent form that you have to be sign into PSN to get the tv icons to work any ideas bud ?

Yeah. The info that you read was right. No pkg install method works. PSN sign in required. Someone on this site got netflix and hulu working without psn though.

Sry, I didn't go looking for it before. I was about to cook and eat dinner, and my wife wanted the tv back so I was rushing (my main pc is on the living room tv, the one hooked up to my other tv I barely use and it doesn't have a wireless mouse and keyboard).
