PS3 Blue Screen Of Death?

CFW: PS3ITL
HD: 750gb internal

So after trying everything with trying to install NHL 11 with a no go. So I thought, maybe I should try restoring the system back to new. Then reinstall all my stuff. An think maybe NHL 11 with run by doing this. So I did it under recovery menu. Next, got the blue screen in I dont know how many languages. It say "system information is corrupted. Press x to repair and restore default settings."

It just looped my back into same screen again. Didn't work. So I put the original ps3 40gb hd back in. No difference.

Anyone had this?? Any help much appreciated.
