I recently tried to transfer a game to the internal HDD via blackb0x and Filezilla (same method i've used multiple times) which failed (lost connection after 2/3 mins)
Since then i can't connect the PS3 to anything any attempt to reset the internet settings (either wired or wireless) results in an "the attempt to obtain an IP address timed out" message.

What could be causing this, and what can i try to fix it?
