Playstation 1 - Scary problem
I attempted to overclock my SCPH-7502 following this-

guide however I broke the 4th pin when soldering the wire. I kind of panicked for a moment, and collected my thoughts. I decided to solder the pin back on, it seemed well, and everything went back on smoothly. It looked just as the pictures in the guide described.
However, upon turning it on- the disc didn't start spinning, there was a "No Signal" on my television and I was unable to find any signs of my Playstation 1 starting up other than a cute little green LED. Is there any way that I can fix is, or should it not matter that I broke the pin, and perhaps I forgot something else? (I left the metal plate off that has all the solder points to the motherboard if that's meant to mean something to the PS1, just looked like a funny little shield with no purpose.).
Anyway, suggestions would be spectacular.
