No private messages?

Appearantly I can't send any Private Messages anymore. Does somebody know why this is?
Because if more people have this, the free FMCB install service would be completely worthless.

j0bb13, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

30 post rule has you don't spam but make more posts and then private messages will be allowed again it is to stop link post spam ;)

BTW FMCB installers are posting e-mail to get around it plus you can still use visitor messages

This does explain why I didn't get any PM's anymore lately xD
Sometimes I got two install requests in one week... Lately it has been round about zero.

I do get the reason behind this rule, but I think 30 is quite high.
I've been here 3 years now and I've got under 20 posts, basicly because I've used the search function rather than ask questions that have been asked before.

I'm not going to give people I don't know my email address. I've only been doing this because it costs me hardly any time and it's nice towards other people. But I don't feel that comfortable with this new restriction.
Well then, long story short, this means that my 2 year participation in the free FMCB install service will come to a stop.

According to Dangwoot's post, changes should be PMed to amp2006. But because I can't PM, I can't inform him about the situation.
Sooooooo, again, I'm not a fan of the height of the required posts.

Well it is unlikely they will change the rule even some devs have had to wait 30 days and 30 posts :rolleyes:
