NEED HELP WITH PKG'S (IM A NOOB)

i jb my ps3 fat with geohots custom firmwire.. it worked perfectly and i installed ftp server on it to test.

i got a game on my laptop (mafia 2 i think) and was wondering if i can make a pkg???

how do i create a pkg??
