multiman questions

hi just need a bit of advice...normally use gaia manager which i find user friendly but gonna give mm a go just a question..
i have the base file..1.14.02 i know there as been quite a few updates since can some one point me in the right direction on updates and links to updates please?

remember after you install multiman base, install BDEMU.pkg
