This is confusing for me and alot of others i imagine.

is you are on 3.55 cfw alot of games downloaded are made to work with 3.41 dongleland which needs a modified eboot.bin n param.sfo??. i myself have issues with a couple of games in another thread.

could anybody explain how and what exactly to delete? ftp i think
and how exactly do you turn it back to an original untouched game files and a good place to get these files from.

    thanks people.

Any game with a .pkg file is a PSN pill used as a workaround for the brief period in time when boot managers were not working. It's incompatible with almost all games, does not allow game updates, and cluttered up your xmb. As far as getting the original files, if you don't have the disc then you can't be 100% sure that the eboots are unmodified. I wish a database with simply the eboot files existed somewhere, but I haven't seen one.
