I go to the the ps's site on bc and see that any version of mgs3 has certain issues with the 80gig mgs4 bundle ps3 but i remember sometime back that some of the slowdown issues with the frame rate may have been fixed on the original snake eater. I have subsistence from the essential collection and im wondering if theres any1 else who's had this same issue? I wanna ask if getting the original snake eater will solve this annoying issue? I tried playing with the original camera and that did not resolve the frame rate drop during gameplay.......

I started playing around with pcsx2 and i must say i am mighty impressed @ how far that emu has come since its earlier days. I was playing my copy of subsistence on it and saw how an hd enhanced version might look if konami will ever drop one. i was running it @ 1920x1080 and its about 90% playable just a few graphical errors here and there + some fps drops on certain cutscenes/gameplay situtations but all in all with the progress thats been done on it, maybe full speed (no graphical errors) will be a reality in the near future. It would be cool if it could be ported to the ps3
