.iso games –
i have a ps3 game on my pc which is an iso format. how do i change it so as to play it via multiman from my external hdd or can it be ftp to internal hdd. the file is 7.3g
Just extract the .iso to a folder. You can use Winrar for the job
Extract the iso, place the files in a folder that's the id of the game, and place it on your external in a folder labeled GAMES, all caps. You can find the game id by opening the param.sfo file in notepad. The game id will be BLxxxxxx (exp BLUS80602).
maybe it was one of the OLD scene rips before the JB dongles was released these were ripped into iso formats and are not compatible with the current jb methods :joystick1:
The old scene rips are 100% compatible with kmeaw's 3.55 cfw and multiman 1.15+. I have an old scene rip of medal gear solid 4 that used to be a iso I downloaded (before I get flamed for piracy, that game is actually the one is my ps3 that lets me play backups, its just scratched to hell and gone and used to freeze alot). All you have to due is extract it and put the files in a folder that's named the games' id.
