I got a dongle called Maxpluse and I can not use it :S

I brought from china several dongles all are called maxpluse the site is www.maxpluse.com

the quide document in the site tells that I have to download a file called DFESETUP.exe
and install it but it give me an error.

please answer me what I can do in such issue, and ever I could use any other programming tool and file

N.B: they say that it supports payload herems V4 and kakaroto PL3

its hard to do it, its a lot chinese doing this, i bought 3 diferents brands, just one its original plus i just paid 23 dollars for it,i recomend u to use PS3 BREAK i got this one working u can upgrade the dongle anytime a dongle software update release.
