A few days ago I started playing GTA IV and noticed I couldn't access none of my DLC and the same for Fallout 3. Does anybody know how to re-activate DLC without updating the ps3?

Looks like the only way to get that up and running is by going onto PSN. =/

There is not public method to re-activate DLC's (or unlock them like the jtag xbox 360)

Sorry, bro... wait patiently.... Looks like those DLC's get a DAT file that gets created after u connect to psn, encrypted by their servers. That is why, once we install i assume they get erased.

    =/

Edit: After doing a small search.... this is the solution....(which requires PSN access)

Step 1: Backup your save data with an external drive (note, some may have copy protection and cant be copied).

Step 2: Delete the PSN account that has the error

Step 3: Create a new user

Step 4: Go to Sign up for PSN account

Step 5: Restore existing PSN account

Step 6: Follow the standard prompts

Step 7: Test out your downloaded DLC's and be happy.

Thanks but didn't work, I think I'm going to have to wait until I can connect to PSN agian or wait and see if Sony will refund me my money from the DLC and if they don't refund me my money I'm going to pirate what they owe me

    install debug firmware
then go to np environment and change it from np to prod-qa
    restart your ps3
once you turn it back on create a new user and psn account

    choose the quick signup

    after you signed up

(theres another step you need to do but i can say it here)send me a message and ill tell you
you should be able to re-enable all your purchased content tho when done
