How can I load a higher Dev_flash version from USB?

My status:
ps3: 3.41-modified-JB
dev_flash from 3.55 is thanks to "anomaly" (a great helper) decrypted and extracted.
Now i want to load that via USB, but neither Jaicrabs USB FW Loader (blackscreen) nor n4ru flash Loader (throwing back to XMB) worked... ( I think because of the diffrent version of installed and loaded fw)
Anyone an idea??
I know that it is not long to cfw, but my friend always ask me to play with em (online), but since i got my homebrews, i cant loose them.
So i thought i could just load the orig-dev-flash 3.55 via USB to play online BUT/AND
be still able to boot the 3.41-JB again for the emulators and homebrews.
I also wanted to say thank you to all the people. It's such a nice community and a great project!

THis is not possible, it causes serious problems with the stability of the system fi it even works at all, which is why those loaders will only let you load the same version of firmware you have on flash.
