    Can anyone please tell how can i get out of factory mode to retail mode in my ps3.i have got v 3.41 but i tried everything but it just wont go back.PLEASE HELP!!!

    How did you get it into service mode to begin with? Did u purchase this one from ebay already in service mode?

    I got into service mode u trying to downgrade firmware 3.41.and my console was bought on hand and not from ebay or any other internet shopping centre

    You must store LV2Diag.self (file number2 of the package) on the root of USB stick.
    Then insert the USB stick on the rightmost USB port and press power on.
    The set will power on around 10 second and then it turn off.
    Now you're out of Service mode already.

    Uea i did that , i completely took a new pendrive and placed the package 2 file in the pendrive and then inserted in to my ps3 and i did what was told but it just boots without any change in the service mode and also my pendrive is fat32
