Help None of the signing tools work for me

help please. i made a pkg file for naruto but when i try to sign it nothing happens. i have used cygwin, package_finalize.exe and even PS3 PKG Signer Windows GUI with no succes. BTW yes i already have the 2 .dll needed. any help is appreciated.
