For an unknown reason you need to copy the CA27.cer now, not the CA24.cer.
Step 1:
Click the link: http://gaia.psfree.net/****Psn
And click CA27.cer
Step 2:
Once it downloads locate it and put it on your PS3 via these methods:
Method 1: FTP
Method 2: File Manager
Step 3:
Go to dev(...)/data/cert
Find CA27.cer and rename it to CA27.cer.bak
We are doing this to back it up
Step 4:
Copy your downloaded CA27.cer into that folder.
Step 5:
Certificate part complete!
got it m8had to use filezilla lol
Cool! Glad it worked for ya...
It's VERY unsafe getting online right now though. You will be banned.
is it the full ps3 that gets banned or just the username ?
Console itself for sure, I think the username gets the hammer of doom too.
awrite well that new CFW is a load a pish doesnt work) !! if you set up your ip as the same as your laptop the net cuts off on the laptop ? nyone actually tryed installing 3.56 then tryed to install 3.55 back again using system restore ?
Yes, someone has tried that. Their system is now stuck in service mode with no way out.
