I am jailbreaking my PS3 with x3max connect to the projector via HDMI. Power, eject...

I get No signal on Projector..after the ps3 starts up...

    My guess is that the
service mode resolution can not be displayed on my projector.

What could cause this? HDCP ?
    New projector Acer P1206.

Did you after pluggin it in, do a graphics reset? to do this, When the PS3 is powered down, hold the power button. It will beep on. Keep holding the button till you hear the second beep. It should then detect your projector.

I had the same problem with my x3max and my monitor, try using component/compostie cables on an alternate tv and then configure it to output hdmi and then plug it in to the projector and it should work, best of luck

    I was on 3.15.
Now it works perfect when i updated to 3.42 and then downgraded to 3.41 custom.
