I'm trying to FTP my PSN games to my computer to save space and they transfer just fine but when I tested putting a PSN game back onto the PS3 it doesn't show up. I've tried putting it in the same location where it originally was (hdd0/games) and I've also tried putting it in Multiman's GAMES folder. The game will not show up on the PS3. Any suggestions?

Psn games need to have a launcher from the xmb, so they need a pkg install to create that shortcut. You can't just drop the files into the game folder and have an icon appear. You need to download the original pkg. Making a pkg for it could also work, but its alot harder.

So in other words if I want to keep playing these PSN games I need to either just not delete them or download them again on a PS3 that has OFW on it. They're probably available online (ISO sites, etc) now that I think of it. Thanks for the tip.
