My friend made an IRC channel so people that have small questions (big questions two ;P) about the PS3 or would like to discuss the PS3 in general and I thought I would put it out there so more people could enjoy it. Anyways heres the server and channel name:

I wandered around in the Apple iDevice for a community and made a popular guide here: Putting Jaywaler's OpeniBoot on the iPod Touch 2g - iFans - iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch Fans forums. I found my way to the PS3 community through friends that had PS3's and wondered what you could do to hack it. I stumbled across PSFreedom and eventually found myself here. I tried to purchase a broken PS3 to repair, but I ended up buying one for $39.99 due to Amazon's "fluke" that you can see here: Amazon.com: PlayStation 3: Video Games if it's still got that price. Anyways you guy's can expect to see a lot of good guides from me (hopefully) and I'd be happy to here suggestions for guides!
