Well i fixed my problem with Running 4.0 of this program and i want to test it on others!
If you cant run the new ****PSN and the other methods of turning off programs dont work then
Push start > Type MSCONFIG
when it loads push the service tab > Check the box Hide all Microsoft services
Disable
SwitchBoard
wampmysqld
wampapache
FLEXnet Licensing service
And Under the Start Up tab
Disable
JavaTM Platform SE auto Updater 2.0.
i know what all these services are for i just dont know which one did the trick for me and i dont know if you would have these services installed either the FlexNet one is rare and probably not going to be on your system but if you see it stop it for the moment
and Finally Unplug what ever is connecting you to the network I.E Wireless card, Ethernet cord, Bluetoothadapter etc..
Reboot while still not connected and Start ****PSN4.0 and if it don't crash its working
Im using Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit for your information.
i would supplu pictures but i need to get my friend online we need to Pwn Demon's souls NOW

Yeah I've tried all of that. ****PSN 0.4 still shuts down on its own. I guess I'm just unlucky.

I was reading in other threads it has probs on 64bit win 7 so maybe you could try running it in compatibility mode for xp? doesn't hurt to try! i don't use ****psn as i use the 2 pc method and haven't had a single problem with that method.

Don't forget to run as admin if your having crashes too. And compatiblity mode for vista works wonders on 7 64bit.
