    Sorry for being so new to this...

    Every time I try to install a package I get;

    An error occurred during the install operation.
    (80029564)

    I've tried different CFWs, all with the same error. My USB drive is formatted FAT32.

    I read that Geohot's FW only lets you install packages that are signed specifically for that FW.

    I've tried formatting (someone posted this fixed this error for them).

    I went back to OFW 3.55, then upgraded back to Waninkoko's CFW, still with the same issue. I've tried downloading packages from different sources.

    Do I need to reinstall Geohot's after installing Waninkoko's CFW?

    Any help at all is appreciated.

    Thank you

    I went back to OFW 3.55, then installed the peek and poke CFW (http://psgroove.com/content.php?654-...Patch-Released), then installed Geohot's over that. Seemed to fix my problem. Probably more work than required, but fixed the problem. Haven't messed with backups, but got FTP working, SNES, and NES, all running flawlessly.
