    anyoneno if i can set up the ps3 to use my laptops wireless internet ? using someone elses wireless net and the ps3 cant pick it up just the laptop can ? any ideas s3:

    Connect your ps3 to your laptop via A CROSSOVER CABLE. I cannot stress this enough. If you use a standard ethernet cable, it can fry out the nics in both your laptop and ps3. Once connected, go to your network connections page, highlight both connections, right click them, and click bridge. Done.

    Be warned, it will probably be slow and laggy unless your neighbor and your laptop are both using wireless n, lol.
