Hi i have CFW 3.55 (kmeaw) on a PS3 Slim 120GB CECH 2003A and my hdmi has stoped working, ive tried all the normal stuff like resting the video settting , hooked it up by composite cables and got a picture try to select hdmi it gives me a meassage on screen i press x but nothing come up on the hdmi output , is this a CFW problem or just a PS3 problem ?
Any help is really apriciated

Try to use your HDMI with another PS3 or your PS3 with another HDMI.
I had a problem like this with my TV + HDMI (PC).
It's strange, because my PC works with other TV and my TV works with my PS3.
It can be solved easily by replacing your HDMI input.
Try to detail your problem, it's stopped working before or after the CFW?
It stoped working after the CFW , and i have tried it my ps3 with 3 hmdi cables and on 3 hdtv's noting has worked so far , my mates ps3 worked fine with my hdmi cable on his hdtv , so i sure its the ps3 itselfQuote:

mmm that's wierd. i have two ps3's hooked up to my tv, one modded with same cfw and it is a slim model, other still factory set. for online playing. both hooked up with hdmi. no problems here.
I'm not sure, but you can try to reset your PS3 with Factory Settings.

Ive tried just about everything and it still dont work, have called sony and they are sending me a replacement ps3 just hoping they forget to update the replacment to 3.56 lolQuote:

Just got the replacent ps3 today all is good hdmi is working again :) and it came wth firmware 3.50 so i can still use CFW after i update to 3.55, gota say sony customer service was ace cant fault them at all, all in all very happy :) :)
