Can't get on to PSN with F***PSN or PS3DNS-GUI
I'm about to lose it. I'm not able to get on to PSN and I know there's a lot of topics out there, but I've been unable to solve my problem for about 16 hours worth of work in the last 2 days.
I'm getting one of two DNS errors all of the time...The one that's on my screen right now is: 80710102
I've been trying the F***PSN .5 method and the PS3DNS-GUI method (my friend used this, no problem at all).
I've just replaced my CR24 file in order to try F***PSN...I've replaced my CR24 back to the original, and I've copied the CR27 file required for F***PSN.
I've set both DNS addresses to my laptop's IP.
No luck. I get an error.
I shut down my PS3, run F***PSN.exe and reboot my PS3..I get that error code above every time.
I've reset my router...I've tried just about everything and nothing will work.
Here's my specs...Maybe someone can figure something out.
Windows 7 64-bit
Laptop - Connected by wireless connection to wireless router
PS3 - Running KMEAW 3.55 CFW, connected wirelessly to the same wireless router
The last thing I did was - Run Dev_flash, try to copy over my CR27 file by FTP, but it wouldn't transfer (I don't know why...Used many FTP programs, couldn't copy it). So I used Multiman to tranfer the CR27 (I hope I can do that). The file size of CR27 on my PS3 matches the one on my USB stick...
I'm completely at a loss. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.
Does something need to be hardwired to the router? That's about the only thing I haven't tried...Connecting something to the router directly...I've been doing it all wirelessly...Is that a problem?
