    i am hearing that there is a emulator that you install on your xbox and allows you to play ps2 games and backup ps2 games on your xbox

    is this for real?

    Currently there is only a PS1 emulator that I know of. No PS2 one yet or maybe not even possible. BTW, isn't this the wrong forum?

    even if someone did manage to do it, it's probably a port of whats out there that _tries_ to emulate the PS2 for the PC.

    Rule of thumb is that the hardware running the emulator needs to be 3x more powerful than the hardware it's emulating for it to work at full speed. Of course this doesn't take into account software programming, i mean SNES-Station isn't exactly the most polished software since it can't even run SNES games at full speed (IIRC).
