www.MrModchips.co.uk - WHATS HAPPENING ?

Hello Folks

Anyone know whats happening with the modchip vendor -www.mrmodchips.co.uk - I ordered something from these guys on Thursday of this week and I haven't heard a word from them since....I've logged support tickets on their website and still nothing. But this morning when I go to the website...its now 'suspended' -great ! :(

I've ordered stuff from them in the past and the service has been excellent - but now things look like they are screwing up - big time...any folks here in the PS2 scene know whats the hell's going on ???....else it a call to the credit card company to cancel the transaction...

Appreciate any help / info you can provide...

Hey KL1K...thanks for the info...appreciate it...I do indeed live in the UK and given that its not at far I may pay a visit.

Can't understand it...after x no. of purchases from them they screw up big time and to make matters worst, they taken my money and I have no response to my emails or support tickets...definately something not right...may have to report to our local trading standards people...

just make sure when you go visit him you dont do the krane kick to him other peolpe may be waiting on their things too;)

I dont want to spread any rumors, but from what i heard there are quite a few places gone down including Baldbouncer and teamX. Something big is going down not quite sure what exactly.

just been on their web page & it states all outstanding orders will be shipped the 24th jan & site back up from 1st feb, dont know if they've bin hit tho with regards to the modchips,only time will tell. i was gonna order a laser from em at the weekend as well as they claim to have brand new 400c's in stock

Hey Mann75....don't worry I won't be doing the Kranekick - just yet. In the mean time...had a note back from mrmodchips to say that my order has now been cancelled - great !

Just checked with my credit card company and they've still bloody charged me...heck...I've not even received the goods. Not happy at all. I just hope something appears on my doorstep on the 25th...else I'm going down to my local trading standards bods and onto my credit card company to reclaim my monies...

Jeeezzz...never thought it would come to this..HATE it when something like this happens....waste folks alot of time and energies...will keep folks posted as to how I get on...

In the mean time...ignore whats been said on the website and stay well clear of them...8(
