I swapped out a 400B v4 with a 400B v2 that works great in an effort to creat the ultra-FrankenPS2. The thing reads disks but the worm gear grinds and knocks the laser clear up to the motor and pushes it there until it times out. When the old laser is swapped back in this does not happen and it operates normally. I've oiled the parts and it still does this. Any way to calibrate it so I get a fully functional ps2 out of the deal?
