    Just wondering...the longest part that took me installing my magic 3.1 wuz cutting the wires...i had em all the same length...but then i read they need to be as short as possible...so i had to recut...re strip...and solder as i go...im just wondering...do only the Power and ground and "bigger" wires need to be as short as possible or do all of them...thanx

    its recommmended to have them short. for me, i didnt have to cut them too short to get the mod to work. my wires are actually pretty long and it still works. but generally, its good practice to use short wires. do you have a wire stripper? that makes the job a lot easier.

    I have a wire stripper...but it wont stip wires that small

    i used this http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...5Fid=64%2D2129 wire stripper from radioshack. its cheap and works surprisingly well
