Why aren't there any programs, such as Winhiip, that can install itself on the HDD and transfer files to the memory card? That would be useful for updating HDLoader, etc...
And before anyone shouts "Why dont you do it yourself!"

Lol, I really can't figure out what you're trying to say.
ExecFTP can be used to transfer files from a PC to the MC or HDD in the PS2. Maybe that's what you're looking for?
i use Ulaunchelf and a usbstick, its realy easy.
or use the netfunction if you want in Ulaunchelf if you want to do it in network style.
what dont you understand to transfer elf's? give us some more info and we will help you out :)
