Depends on the quality of chip you are after. Messiah 2 is the most reliable at about $40. DMS3 has more bells and whistles which bumps the price up towards $60. A good cheap line of chips is the apple line. You can pick up their newest chip, apple pro, for $20. Or you can go with a cheaper less reliable chip such as a magic 3.1, no solder, or flip top case mod.

nah bro.. ps1 is waaay better.. it plays games with shocking graphics, plus it looks ugly.. but iwho cares about graphics, even when ps2 plays most ps1 games
