I am not getting any continuity on point C of a V4 non gap bios PS2. I have cleaned points, used different wire, etc. and I can not get any continuity on either side. Could there be an alternative point for C on this V4? Any and all help is appreciated.....Thanks in advance!!

Clarification on if you mean point C of a DMS or point C of a Messiah 2 would be helpful. I will assume you mean The via point for a Messiah 2 installation. Vias require scratching in most cases. You may have better luck just soldering strait to the pin of the chip rather than the Via.
