RecordNow Max is best for ps2 dvd games like Madden 2003. Make sure you have 4.50. Use CloneCD for cd games(blue backs)

I use Nero for all .iso and .bin files works like a charm.
.gj files I use RecordNOW 4.50.

    No problem so far.

I think it´s more the burner and cd/dvd media that can f**k things up.

when i use recordnow max it doesnt read the dvd drive. In addition to that is there anything in besides the basic burning that i have to do. Do i burn it as an image? What are iso? Or is recordnow max software do that work and its basically a basic burn like any other music file.

goto the dvd-r section of this forum and look at the top for a thread that provides step by step instuctions for creating a ps2 backup with recordnow max (which is the best burning software in my experience)
