What is the Japan control setup on a U.S. PS2 Control?

Hey how is everyone doing?

i been playing great Japan wrestling games lately but i still don't what is the change in controls? Japan's controls seem to be setup different as I have to press O on my PS2 U.S. controller as X.

Can anyone explain to me or show me a site on what buttons are on what.

This has nothing do with controller itself.

Blame Sony for this confusion setup in the games

USA/Europe games
X = Confirm
O = Cancel

Japanese/Asia games
O = Confirm
X = Cancel

sometimes Square and Triangle buttons also switch but rarely do

its has been like this since ps1 days (1995)

Also its has nothing do with concole itself.

It all in games control setup.
