what does this ????

my ps2 does this damn thing all the tiome recently and I am really stuck on it .
when you switch it on it goes to the browser and wont read anything at all the drive has a new laser and a new LA chip has been fitted I have attached a file of what happens please help I am in shit if this doesn't work

ps: the ps2 is a v9 and had a dms3 fitted but is now removed and thoroughly checked for bridges and blown fuses.

it jsut started to do it all of a sudden? Are u sure u repalce the laser with a correct laser liek 400c with 400c or 400r with 400r

did it before the laser replacement both are hd7 lasers got me baffeled
sometimes spins slow the whole time sometimes speeds up half way through ???
