what do I need to do to start hacking my ps2

Im new to hacking the ps2 and what i want to learn now is to play games that i downloaded. Can someone direct me to a tut please?

Sony memory card, a ps one game ( I used blitz) and action reply max (or code breaker) and a usb thumbdrive.. and then the software that you can get for this site like freemcboot

Huh? Who mentioned piracy? He is probably just referring to homebrew games when he says the games he downloaded. Why would you immediately jump to the conclusion that they were pirated games?
