weird ps2 prob ... with photos , ideas plz :)

hi
i have a v5 here , ps2 worked with a modchip (magic 3.1) for a year or more.
i got the ps2 with a weird problem ,when trying to load a ps2 game (original or backup , cd or dvd) i got a weird line from top of screen to bottom.
and playstation logo is splashed all over the screen... here is 2 photos i took.
the problem the same without a modchip and after a good clean of the board , bios points and others.

if anyone have any ideas or seen this prob before...
i have changed lens , from typr R to brand new C type , problem is the same.
i have vhanged back to R with eeprom flash .
btw when i got this problem the game wont load , it will just freez on that screen , this screen will flashed on and off till i turn ps2 off.
randomly the ps2 does load games normaly . but only once at 10 tries.
