Hey i had some finger prints on a dvd disc((orginal) that i transferred to HD and had to clean it because i got errors 66% of the way in.

Just wondering if that's telling me the laser is getting weak.?

P.S.(it's a v9 or v10 not sure and had it about 10 months)
