Viewing JPGs in HD? (1080i)

Is it possible to view high-resolution JPGs in the 1080i mode using the PS2? I assume HR JPGs would look better in 1080i.

The ps2 isn't capable of 1080.

just put "gran turismo 4" 1080i into google and see wot u find. there are also 1 or 2 other games that support it

go to http://hdgames.net/ and choose ps2 and sort by 1080i

Bugger didn't know that.. I just don't think that GT4 will be no way near playable
at 1080i or 720p for that matter.

Hey take a look at this new software,Xploder HDTV Player. It supposedly upconverts games and dvds into High Definition (720P and 1080i)
