version help needed V4 or V5/6??

I need a replacent lense for my PS2 but cannot determine the version.

I used the guide here to work out the version, but it conflicts between V4 or V5.
It has a version 5 Model no. 30003R but has no extra screw in the expansion bay.


My PS2:
PAL
Model No: SCPH-300003R
Eight screws on bottom.
No extra screw in expantion slot.
Electrical warning on bottom.
Metal insert on expansion bay cover. (saw this used to identify PS2 versions on another site a while ago).

then they lied, you have a version 4 (FOUR). they did that over that plug into the switch and tray ribbons tray opening "no-sod-r-mod" swap chip made for the v5... it wont fit the version 4, it has a wire/plug connector istead of a ribbon for one of them, and the version 6 differs only in that they reused the old version 3 backwards terminal contact ribbon plugs setup, so that same chip would'nt work... subsequent chips were lined with contacts on both sides!
