V9 Tray opens but wont' close

My tray opens but won't close. LA6508 pin 15 and 16 respons on eject.
Pin 15 tray closed or opened but no movement : 0V
Pin 16 tray closed and no movement : 3.3V
Pin 16 tray opened : 0V
Is it someone that have a solution for this problem ?

is the elivation arm broken or off track in drive?

No. The tray ejects fine and when i press eject again it seems that the tray will ejects one more time.
