V9 Component Help

Just got given a V9 ps2 that someone attempted to mod, the board is missing a few parts, can anyone tell me what goes in the red circled areas please.
These are on the underside of the board near the hard drive port and the av port.

ouch - what happened to the board. what kind of mod was he trying to do?

a magic v 50k and all bios legs were shorted which I managed to fix and now that I replaced the components it starts up, looks like it sees the disk and then goes to black screen just before the playstation2 logo should come up
