Not so long ago I sold my good old PSone along with my original discs (nearly 40s),later I've bought a SCPH-39006 modded, the guy who I bought from told me the modchip is Messiah 2 (not sure).Well,it seems fine since I can play all my PS2 games (both backup CD and DVD) just place the disc in and play all the brain out but today I found out that it doesn't plays ANY of my PSone backup CDs.
Neither coldboot or reset can help it,sometime "reading disc..." is showed ,and some disc is recognized as CD audio (Winning Eleven 2002 ) and play the stupid tracks over and over...Uhm,since I'm a newbie I don't know what to do,is there a modchip which CANNOT play PSone backup CD or I have to do something to boot those?I don't want to disassemble my PS2 just to see the modchip because I will lose the warranty of 1 month (there is a seal,he who sold can tell me that I mess up and broke it..etc..).Can you tell me what to do,please?

hehe i wonder why no one is helping you out lol..

anyways its a NH3 modchip (doh) they are also called Magic 4s (they arent made by China-Magic) ok well this is how you boot ps1 games on the NH3.

    When using PS1 games:
Insert game disk, hold down RESET turn off console until red led lights up then press RESET once to turn on the console, wait for the blue led to light up and then press RESET once more (try once more if it fails).
