    Hi there!
    I have a V4 nogap PS2 and installed a Magic 3.1 red PCB chip.
Did the work with my brother in law; we never modded a console
before, but he is great at soldering since he is a professional
    cell phone tecnician.
When y turn on the machine I get a black screen.
Power and reset leds are working, reset switch works, cooling fan spins up properly, the drive tray ejects and closes but if I put
a cd/dvd in it does not spin up!
Somebody could PLEASE help me with a suggestion?
We drowned the soldering points in hot glue so there should
be no grounding, and we did this after we thoroughly checked
every soldering point! Could it be insufficient +5v cable thickness?
Maybe reassembling the PS2 (v4 is by far the most complex)
    we made some mistake???
    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand the BIOS is the rightmost chip where you solder
MNOP, right? The one which has a nogap in my v4 and a gap
    on the other v4s?
